Shipping
We ship all orders from our warehouse in Long Island City, New York.
Please make sure your address information is accurate and complete. If the address is incomplete (even if only the apartment / suite number is missing), it may delay receipt of the package and there will be a change fee to correct the address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, a fee will be charged to have the package resent.
Returns
We hope you love everything that you ordered from us, but don't worry, we know nobody wants to keep something they don’t love - so we try to make it simple! If something is not quite right, we will gladly accept the return within 45 days of receipt of purchase. All you have to do is log onto your account and follow the instructions on how to start a return.

Note: A $7.95 fee will be deducted from each refund to cover fees.
1. We can only accept refunds and exchanges for items that are returned in the condition they were received. These terms include:
- New Condition
- Original Packaging
- Unmarked & Unused
The Better House maintains the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the terms above.
2. There are no returns on Final Sale items.
3. Please allow 7-10 business days from when we receive your package (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method unless otherwise noted.
4. Sorry, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
