This egg poacher is perfect for easily making a single portion. Made from aluminum, with its high heat conductivity, and a non-stick surface, all you need to do is pour some water for steaming in the lower pot, replace the egg cup back over it, add the contents of one raw egg into the non-stick cup (although it’s best to first add a little melted butter or margarine), cover, and place over a flame.
